Juba, 28 July 2015 - The United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS) is pleased to announce the arrival of Eugene Owusu of Ghana as the new Deputy Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General, Resident and Humanitarian Coordinator, and United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Resident Representative to South Sudan.
