In Warrap State, abysmal, rain-drenched roads stopped patrolling peacekeepers serving with UNMISS from reaching their destination, but they did gather critical information – and repaired a broken Radio Miraya transmitter – before returning to base.

Not all roads lead to Romich, but attempted patrol worthwhile all the same
