UPPER NILE – Following an outbreak of violence in Tonga in the Upper Nile region of South Sudan, humanitarian needs have risen exponentially, with tens of thousands being displaced.

JUBA - During August, which falls in the middle of the rainy season in South Sudan, the weather is typically overcast.
