At Bulukat in Malakal, joint efforts by UNHCR, IOM and UNMISS have led to a transit center providing short-term relief to hundreds of people passing through each week.

UNMAS is clearing another contaminated piece of land in Malakal from explosives. Once cleared, the more than 19 million square meters will serve as a new residential and farming ground for successful applicants.
