25 February 2013 – Increasing awareness of UNMISS' role among civil society in Upper Nile State, the mission conducted a one-day workshop in the state capital Malakal today. Organizers explained the role UNMISS plays in protecting civilians and consolidating peace and stability to 35 civil society organization members who attended the workshop.
