22 August 2013 - The nation-wide education campaign to review South Sudan's transitional constitution began today in the Upper Nile State capital Malakal under the theme "A people driven constitution is the foundation for democracy and good governance". UNMISS is providing logistical support, including transportation, for the week-long process in Malakal.
