The United Nations Mission in South Sudan has today conducted a search operation within the Protection of Civilians site next to its base in Juba to determine whether individuals allegedly involved in the abduction and killing of three people in the capital last week were located within the camp.

Vulnerable civilians living at the United Nations protection site in the South Sudanese town of Bor have received a gift of gardening equipment from Nepalese police officers to help them plant crops during the dry season.

With graffiti marking its historic walls and large cracks splitting the cement floor, the pillars of the B’Court facility can hardly hold the weight of its iron-sheeted roof, the building verges on collapse.
