A new pocket-sized card designed to reinforce the message of the United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS) to all personnel that there is “Zero Tolerance, No Excuse and No Second Chance” for anyone who sexually exploits or abuses others. The Special Representative of the Secretary-General and Head of Mission, David Shearer, launched the cards at UN Day celebrations in Juba.
