REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)

Provision of  Dispatch/Shuttle Services for UNMISS  in JUBA -South Sudan.

Closing Date for Receipt of EOI:  09 September 2016

The United Nations Mission in the Republic of South Sudan (UNMISS) hereby solicits Expression of Interest (EOI) from competent companies for award of Contract for  Provision of Dispatch/Shuttle Services at  UNMISS Juba  in South Sudan (UNSPSC Code78111800)

Condition:

Vendors must be registered in the United Nation Global Market (UNGM) to qualify for invitation to solicitation.

Vendors already registered in the UNGM are advised to upgrade their registration to Level 2.

Companies should provide contact details (address, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail, etc.)

If not registered with the UNGM, interested companies can  access the registration  website: www.ungm.org for registration and other necessary information.  The registration for the services required is FREE  and MANDATORY for responding to this EOI. Companies not registered in the UNGM will not be invited for competitive bidding.

Important Notice:

 Vendors to note that UNMISS WILL PROVIDE the vehicles for the Dispatch /Shuttle services and vendors will be required to provide the operational service only.

This EOI does not constitute a solicitation.  UNMISS reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process.  Thus, submitting a response to this EOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. UNMISS also reserves the right to send the Solicitation Documents to companies who were identified through additional market research or others means to source the UN requirements.

             The EOI, clearly marked “Expression of Interest – Provision of  Dispacth/Shuttle Services  to UNMISS Transport Section  in South Sudan  must be received by UNMISS no later than 2:00PM (GMT+3) on Friday, 09 September 2016, via e-mail to: serugo@un.org with copy to  wambuguk@un.org  or hand delivered to the attention of Chief Procurement Officer, Procurement Section, UNMISS- Tomping Site, Room # 3C/02, near International Airport, Juba, Republic of South Sudan.
