REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

    For

Upgrade and Maintenance Services for Analogue Fire Alarm Circuits installed in the UN House Office Buildings, Juba, Republic of South Sudan

Closing Date for Receipt of EOI: Monday, 2 January, 2017

Description of General Requirement:

The United Nations Mission in the Republic of South Sudan (UNMISS) hereby solicits Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified and competent companies for Upgrading and Maintaining its Analogue Fire Alarm Circuits installed in the UN House Office Buildings, Juba, Republic of South Sudan.

Conditions:

Interested companies are invited to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) by e-mail (preferred) or hand delivery as indicated below. The EOI must include, at a minimum, the following documentation/information:

• United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) Registration Number. Company must be registered in this line of business. (Mandatory – see no. 2 below)
• Company’s contact details: Company’s Name, UNGM Registration Number & Level, address, telephone and fax numbers and e-mail address must be provided. Failure to provide these information will result to a rejection.

Important Notice:

1. This REOI does not constitute a solicitation.  UNMISS reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the REOI and/or solicitation process.  Thus, submitting a response to this EOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued.

1. Interested vendors must be registered with UNGM, and if not registered should do so by visiting the UNGM website at www.ungm.org.

1. For this requirement, companies are required to be registered at least at Level-1 in the UNGM.

1. This REOI is also provided in the “Business Opportunities” Section of the UNGM website. Companies are encouraged to submit EOIs through the email addresses provided below.
