REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

Procurement Business Seminar-Juba, Republic of South Sudan

Requirement:

1. The United Nations Mission in the Republic of South Sudan (UNMISS) hereby invites Expression of Interest (EoI) from interested business companies who hold Certificates of Incorporation from the relevant Authorities in the Republic of South Sudan to be invited in the upcoming Procurement Business Seminar to be held in Juba. Dates to be confirmed.

1. The main objective of this Business Seminar is to increase the number of South Sudanese entities that wishes to do business with the UN as well as raise awareness about business opportunities available within the UN. The seminar will explain the process of registration, how to participate in the UN bidding/tendering processes and the overview of the UN Procurement Polices, Procedures and Guidelines.
2. Interested companies are invited to submit their EoI by email, courier or hand delivery to the below address. The EoI must include, as a minimum, the following information:

1. Legal name of your company
2. Company email address and mobile number
3. Name of the company representative/focal point
4. Copy of Certificatessz of Incorporation or Company Registration with GoSS
5. UNGM Number if applicable

1. The EOI, clearly marked “ Expression of Interest to attend the UNMISS Business Seminar in Juba, South Sudan”, must be submitted to UNMISS not later than COB on Monday, 14 Mar 2022 , at the following addresses:
