Description of General Requirement:

The United Nations Mission in the Republic of South Sudan (UNMISS) has a requirement for Provision of Camp Support Services to UNMISS (Tomping and UN House) in Juba, Republic of South Sudan and hereby solicits Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified and interested vendors.

Conditions:

1. Specific Requirements: Companies expressing interest must include evidence (copies of Contracts) of at least one contract for indoor cleaning services of at least 50,000 square meters over the last five years. Brief outline summary for these contract(s) should be included in the EOI response.
2. Vendors interested in Fulfilling the requirement described above must be registered as the UN Global Marketplace (www.ungm.org) with the UN Secretariat in order to be eligible to participate in any solicitation. Information on the registration process can be found at https://un.org/Depts/ptd/vendors.
3. For Registered Vendors: Vendors already registered at the UN Global Marketplace with the UN Secretariate must ensure that information and documentation (e.g. financial statement, address, contact name, etc.) provided in connection with their registration are up to date in UNGM. Please verify and ensure that your company is registered under its full legal name.
4. For Vendors interested in Registration: Vendors not yet registered should apply for registration on the United Nations Global Marketplace (www.ungm.org). Vendors must complete the registration process prior to the closing date of the REOI. Vendors who have not completed the UNGM registration process with the UN Secretariate before the closing date of the REOI are not considered eligible to participate in solicitations of the UN Secretariate. Companies are strongly advised to register at least at Level 1 under the Secretariate prior to participating in any solicitation.
5. The responses to the EOI will be evaluated as per the above prequalification criteria in order for the vendor to be considered to participate in the solicitation.

Important Notice:

1. This REOI does not constitute a solicitation. UNMISS reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a response to this REOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued.
2. Any false, incomplete or defective vendor registration may result in the rejection of the application or cancellation of an already existing registration.
