Description of General Requirement:

1. The United Nations Mission in the Republic of South Sudan (UNMISS) intends to contract the services of a competent service provider for the Defensive Driver and Driver Test Officer Certification Training for UNMISS Transport Section personnel in Juba, South Sudan

2. The Trainings shall be provided for a total of twenty (20) Personnel. The training location is Juba, and the mission will provide different vehicle variants which will be used to conduct the trainings. The duration for this training will be 10 working days; the first five (5) working days will be dedicated to Defensive Driver training while the remaining five (5) working days will be dedicated to Driver Test Officer Certification training.

3. The intended term of contract is for one (1) time purchase.

5. The EOI must include, at a minimum, the following documentation/information:

5.1. Company must be registered in UN Global Marketplace (UNGM) using the link https://www.ungm.org or should start their registration process immediately if not registered. Companies are strongly advised to register or upgrade to Level one [1] status.

5.2. Company’s name, address, telephone, e-mail and UNGM registration number.

5.3. Vendors must be registered in UNGM under the services (UNSPSC No.  86130000 – Training Services) in order to participate in the solicitation for this requirement.

6. This REOI does not constitute a solicitation. UNMISS reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a response to this REOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued.

8. The EOI, clearly marked " Provision of Defensive Driver and Driver Test Officer Certification Training" must be received by UNMISS no later than COB of Thursday, 08 June 2023 at 16:00 hours (GMT or UTC +2), via email to hilowle@un.org with copy to tewodrosk@un.org.
