REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

 

 

Provision of Grass Cutting around United Nations Headquarters at Jebel Kujur, Yei road, and Protection of Civilian (POC) perimeter in Juba, South Sudan.

 

Closing Date for Receipt of R EOI:  Thursday, 09 February 2017.

 

1.The United Nations Mission in the Republic of South Sudan (UNMISS) intends to establish a short term contract for the provision of Grass cutting.

 

2.      Description of General Requirements:

 

The United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS) hereby solicits Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) from competent companies for provision of grass cutting around United Nations Headquarters and POC 1 and 3 in the same vicinity. The area to be covered is estimated at 200 meters.

 

  1.   The resultant contract is expected to be for an initial period of four (04) months.

 

4.     Contractors must have the capacity to provide the services requested and also meet/fulfil the below condition.

5.  Vendors interested in fulfilling the requirement described above must be registered with the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM). If your company is not registered with UNGM, please use the following URL to register: www.ungm.org. Registration at UNGM is free and mandatory for one to be considered for resultant solicitation. The following information is available about the registration process:

 

 5.1. Prequalification Process/Criteria:

                

  • Registered in UNGM and number provided
  • Company’s contact details (address, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail, etc.)
  • List of referenced clients for the similar services (minimum three) with contact details

   (address, telephone, fax, email).

   

6.  The REOI clearly marked “Provision of Grass cutting around UN House in Juba, South Sudan”, must be submitted and received by UNMISS to the following addresses no later than Thursday, 09 February 2017.

7. This REOI does not constitute a solicitation.  UNMISS reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the REOI and/or solicitation process.  Thus, submitting a reply to this REOI does not automatically guarantee that your firm will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued.
