REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

Provision of Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Training for UNMISS Staff in Juba, South Sudan

Closing Date for Receipt of R EOI:  Thursday, 2 March 2017.

1.The United Nations Mission in the Republic of South Sudan (UNMISS) intends to establish a short term contract for the provision of Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Training.

2.      Description of General Requirements:

1. The United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS) through its Integrated Mission Training Center (IMTC) intends to conduct an in-house Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Training in Juba, South Sudan. Interested service providers and its instructors must be accredited by a reputable academic institution for delivering lean six sigma programmes and green belt certification.

2.  Requirement:

The course shall be provided for a targeted number of 10 participants and to be conducted in one batch in Juba (South Sudan). The recommended duration of the training will be a maximum of 14 (forteen)  days.

3. Topics of the Training shall include but not limited to the following:

Business process analysis technique, Practical knowledge and skills in managing performance management frameworks, Conceptual knowledge of risk management and Organzational change management and project management skills.

5.  Vendors interested in fulfilling the requirement described above must be registered with the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM). If your company is not registered with UNGM, please use the following URL to register: www.ungm.org. Registration at UNGM is free and mandatory for one to be considered for resultant solicitation. The following information is available about the registration process:

 5.1. Prequalification Process/Criteria:

• Registered in UNGM and number provided
• Company’s contact details (address, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail, etc.)
• List of referenced clients for the similar services (minimum three) with contact details

   (address, telephone, fax, email).

6.  The REOI clearly marked “Provision of Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Training in Juba, South Sudan”, must be submitted and received by UNMISS to the following addresses no later than Thursday, 02 March 2017.
