REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

Provision of Supply and Delivery of Fargo ID Card Equipment and Accessories to UNMISS, South Sudan. The Delivery term is DAP MONUSCO Logbase, Entebbe, Uganda (Incoterms 2010).

Closing Date for Receipt of EOI:  Friday, 21 October 2016

1. Requirement:

1.1 The United Nations Mission in the Republic of South Sudan (UNMISS) hereby solicit Expression of Interest (REOI) from qualified Contractors for the Supply & Delivery of Fargo ID Card Equipment and Accessories for UNMISS, South Sudan. Interested service providers are encouraged to submit their expression of interest for consideration.

2.  Conditions:

Interested contractors are invited to submit their EOI by email, courier or hand delivery as indicated below.  The EOI must include, as a minimum, the following documentation/information:

a). As a mandatory requirement for UNMISS, before submitting their EOI response, interested Contractors are required to be fully registered as a supplier in the UN Global Marketplace (UNGM) using the link https://www.ungm.org at level one (1) of vendor registration or above.

b). Proof that the interested contractor is registered for the particular requirement in UNGM under the specified UN Standard Products and Services Code (UNSPSC Code Nos: 44102403).

c). UNMISS Procurement Section shall reject any EOI that does not contain the final UNGM vendor registration number under the specified UNSPSC as such submissions will be considered non-responsive.

3.      Interested service providers are invited to submit their EOI by email or hand delivery to the following: The EOI clearly marked “Fargo ID Card Equipment and Accessories for UNMISS”, must be received by UNMISS no later than COB of Friday, 21 October 2016, to the following addresses: E-mail address: hilowle@un.org with copy to ngonyo@un.org. Delivery by hand to: The Chief Procurement Officer, UNMISS Procurement Section, Building 3C/02, Tomping Site, near Juba International Airport, Juba, South Sudan. Attention: Mohammed Hilowle.

Thus, submitting a response to this REOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued.
