REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

Provision of Media News Summary for South Sudan Broadcasting Corporation Television (SSBC TV) to UNMISS in South Sudan

Closing Date for Receipt of EOI:  Wednesday, 02 March 2022

1. The United Nations Mission in the Republic of South Sudan (UNMISS) intends to establish a long term contract for the provision of Media News Summary to UNMISS on daily basis. Interested service providers are encouraged to submit their expression of interest for consideration.

      Description of General Requirement:

1. The Media news summary is to be provided on daily basis from Monday to Sunday (Including public holidays). The Contractor will be expected to; prepare summary of daily news broadcast carried by SSBC TV, provide reports on English news broadcast, compile stories carried in news channel, with headlines first for each story. The company will be required to capture important references and quotes in particular names and functional titles of personalities interviewed or quoted and right transcript. All reports to be submitted on daily basis by email to addresses to be provided by UNMISS.

   Conditions:

 3.          Interested companies are invited to submit their EOI by hand delivery or e-mail as indicated below. The EOI must include, as a minimum, the following documentation/information:

3.1. Company must be registered in UN Global Marketplace (UNGM) using the link https://www.ungm.org or should start their registration process immediately if not registered. Companies are strongly advised to register or upgrade to Level one [1].

3.2. Company’s name, address, telephone, e-mail and UNGM registration number. Vendors must be registered in UNGM under the services (UNSPSC No. 82000000) in order to participate in the solicitation for this requirement

4.         This REOI does not constitute a solicitation. UNMISS reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a response to this REOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued.

5.         The “EOI Form” is available in “Business Opportunities” Section of the www.ungm.org  website.
