REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

Provision of Mobile Communciation  Services (GSM) to UNMISS South Sudan

Closing Date for Receipt of EOI:  Friday, 03 March 2023 at 16.00 hours local time (GMT+2)

Description of General Requirement:

1. The United Nations Mission in the Republic of South Sudan (UNMISS) intends to contract the services of a competent service provider for the Provision of MObile Communication Services (GSM) for UNMISS in South Suddan. Below is the breakdown of the sersvices required:

>Mobile Voice Services for national & international calling

>SMS services, both unicast and group broadcast

>Data services

>Direct Inward Dialing/Direct Outward Dialing (DID/DOD) in UNMISS

2. The intended term of contract is for initial period of three (3) years with optional extension of two (2) years of one (1) year each, under the same terms and conditions.

Conditions

3. The EOI must include, at a minimum, the following documentation/information:

3.1. Company must be registered in UN Global Marketplace (UNGM) using the link https://www.ungm.org or should start their registration process immediately if not registered. Companies are strongly advised to register or upgrade to Level two [2] status.

3.1 Company must possess a valid authorization from National Communications Authority (NCA) to operate Mobile Telecommunications Services in South Sudan.

3.2. Company’s name, address, telephone, e-mail and UNGM registration number.

3.3. Vendors must be registered in UNGM under the services (UNSPSC No.  83111600 - Mobile communications services) in order to participate in the solicitation for this requirement.

4. This REOI does not constitute a solicitation. UNMISS reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a response to this REOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued.

5. The “EOI Form” is available in “Business Opportunities” Section of the www.ungm.org  website.

6.
