REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

Provision of Health Promotion, Infection & Disease Prevention and Control Training for UNMISS Health Services Professional Staff in South Sudan

Closing Date for Receipt of EOI:  Thursday, 06 April 2023 at 16.00 hours local time (GMT+2)

Description of General Requirement:

1. The United Nations Mission in the Republic of South Sudan (UNMISS) intends to contract the services of a competent service provider for the Provision of Health Promotion, Infection & Disease Prevention and Control Training for UNMISS Health Services Professional Staff in South Sudan.

2. The Training shall be provided for a maximum number of 20 participants in one (1) batch and duration of five (5) days and 14 hours online.

3. The physical (off-line) Training  shall be delviered at UNMISS Compound in Juba, South Sudan with the first batch training held before 30 June 2023.

4. The intended term of contract is for initial period of three (3) years with optional extension of two (2) years of one (1) year each, under the same terms and conditions.

Conditions

5. The EOI must include, at a minimum, the following documentation/information:

5.1. Company must be registered in UN Global Marketplace (UNGM) using the link https://www.ungm.org or should start their registration process immediately if not registered. Companies are strongly advised to register or upgrade to Level one [1] status.

5.2. Company’s name, address, telephone, e-mail and UNGM registration number.

5.3. Vendors must be registered in UNGM under the services (UNSPSC No.  93131700 - Health Promotion, Infection & Disease Prevention and Control training) in order to participate in the solicitation for this requirement.

6. This REOI does not constitute a solicitation. UNMISS reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a response to this REOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued.

7. The “EOI Form” is available in “Business Opportunities” Section of the www.ungm.org  website.

8. The EOI, clearly marked " Provision of Health Promotion, Infection & Disease Prevention and Control training" must be received by UNMISS no later than COB of Thursday, 06 April 2023 at 16:00 hours (GMT or UTC +2), via email to hilowle@un.org with copy to tewodrosk@un.org.
