REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

Provision of Supply and Delivery of Batteries to UNMISS, South Sudan. The Delivery term is DAP MONUSCO Logbase (near Entebbe Old Airport), Entebbe, Uganda (Incoterms 2010).

Closing Date for Receipt of EOI:  Friday, 03 March 2017

1. Requirement:

The United Nations Mission in the Republic of South Sudan (UNMISS) hereby solicit Expression of Interest (REOI) from qualified Contractors for the Supply & Delivery of Batteries to UNMISS, South Sudan.

2.  Conditions

Interested contractors are invited to submit their EOI by email, courier or hand delivery as indicated below.  The EOI must include, as a minimum, the following documentation/information:

a). As a mandatory requirement for UNMISS, before submitting their EOI response, interested Contractors are required to be fully registered as a supplier in the UN Global Marketplace (UNGM) using the link https://www.ungm.org at level one (1) of vendor registration or above.

b). Proof that the interested contractor is registered for the particular requirement in UNGM under the specified UN Standard Products and Services Code (UNSPSC Code No.: 39121011).

c). UNMISS Procurement Section shall reject any EOI that does not contain the final UNGM vendor registration number under the specified UNSPSC as such submissions will be considered non-responsive.

3. The EOI, clearly marked “Supply & Delivery of Batteries for UNMISS, South Sudan”, must be received by UNMISS no later than COB of Monday: 03 March 2017, to the following addresses:
