REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (REOI)
Provision of Car Wash Services
Closing Date for Receipt of REOI:  28 June 2024.

General Description of the Requirement:

The United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS) hereby solicits Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) from locally registered Women Self-Help Groups / Women Community Based Organization in Juba, for the provision of Car Wash Services at UNMISS compounds Juba, South Sudan, for an initial period of Three (3) years with the option to extend at the sole discretion of UNMISS for two (2) successive one (1) year periods.

Provision car wash services that include, body wash, engine wash and interior cleaning which including vacuuming cleaning.  The vehicles to be cleaned includes UN vehicles Mini and Medium Buses and Trucks.

UNMISS will provide the washing bay, water, electricity and   washing equipment with the vendor providing Car Wash detergents and cleaning materials.

Conditions:

1. Interested Service Providers must be locally registered Women Self-Help Groups / Women Community Based Organization in South Sudan.
2. Interested service providers are invited to submit their REOIs by email, courier or hand delivery as indicated below. The REOI must include, at a minimum, the following documentation/information:
(a) Vendors to provide proof that they are registered for the particular requirement in UNGM under the specified UN Standard Product and Service Code (UNSPSC Code No:76111800).
(b) UNMISS Procurement Section shall reject any REOI that does not contain the final UNGM vendor registration number under the specified UNSPSC code.

Important Notice:
3. This REOI does not constitute a solicitation. UNMISS reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the REOI and/or solicitation process.  Thus, submitting a response to this REOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued.

4. UNMISS also reserves the right to send the Solicitation Documents to companies who were identified through additional market research or other means to source the UN requirements.

5. Vendors interested in fulfilling the requirement described above must be registered with UNGM and those not registered may wish to visit www.ungm.org for full registration information in order to be eligible to participate in any solicitation.

6. Vendors already registered at the UNGM basic level are strongly advised to upgrade to level 1.

7. The requirement is targeting Women owned business in South Sudan. Business owned by Women with disability are encouraged to participate.
