REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (REOI)

For

Supply and Delivery of Electric Booster Pumps to the United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS), Juba, South Sudan.

Closing Date for Receipt of EOI: Monday, 16 January 2017

Description of General Requirement:

The United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS) hereby solicits Expression of Interest (EOI) from competent Companies for the Supply and Delivery of Electric Booster Pumps to UNMISS in Juba, Republic of South Sudan.

Conditions:

Interested companies are invited to submit their EOI by e-mail (preferred) or hand delivery as indicated below. The EOI must include, as a minimum, the following documentation/information:

1. United Nations Global Market Registration Number. Company must be registered in this line of business.

1. Company’s contact details: Company name, UNGM Number, address, telephone, fax numbers, and e-mail must be provided. Failure to provide this information will result in a rejection.

1. This REOI does not constitute a solicitation. UNMISS reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process.  Thus, submitting a response to this REOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued.

1. Interested vendors must be registered with UNGM, and if not registered should do so by visiting www.ungm.org.

1. For this requirement, vendors are required to be registered at Level-1 in the UNGM.

1. This REOI is also provided in “Business Opportunities” Section of www.ungm.org website. Vendors are encouraged to submit their EOIs through the E-mail addresses provided below.
