The United Nations Mission in the Republic of South Sudan (UNMISS) intend to contract the services of a competent service provider for Rental of Billboard Spaces to United Nation Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS).

Description of General Requirements
Rental of Billboard Spaces for UNMISS in Juba South Sudan.
Conditions

1. The EOI must include, as a minimum, the following documentation/information:
(a) Company’s contact details (address, telephone and fax numbers and e-mail);
(b) Proof that the Company is registered for this particular service in UNGM,UNSPSC No. 80000000.
(c) Any company with no registration in UNGM is strongly encouraged to register at level II. Please follow the link to obtain information required for level II registration: https://www.un.org/Depts/ptd/vendors/vendor-registration.
(d) Contractors with basic and /or level I registration are eligible to submit their expression of interest and participate in the solicitation of this requirement, but any resultant award from this EOI is subject to the awardee being fully registered with UNGM at level II.
2. Interested Contractors are invited to submit their EOI by courier, email or hand as indicated below:
The EOI, clearly marked “Expression of Interest – Rental of Billboard Spaces to United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS) must be received by UNMISS no later than 1600 hours local time in South Sudan (GMT+3) on Thursday, 25 July 2019, via e-mail to: mondri@un.org with copy to wambuguk@un.org or hand deliver to the attention of Mr. Maku MONDRI, Procurement Section, UNMISS Compound, Office #: 3C/02, Tomping Site, Juba, Republic of South Sudan.
