DSRSG Soumare –2304 and a joint communique .With regard to RPF the government is recommending now that everything be put in place so that the RPF can be deployed as soon as possible. It is also clear now that the government has taken strong ( inaudible)  decision on all issue related to ( inaudible)the relation with UNMISS and in particular also the freedom of movement of UNMISS so that we can work together with the government in a coordinated way to implement all what is necessary to implement the resolution . And I really want to congratulate the government for this historic decision and to also commit ourselves as UN that we will do everything to continue to work closely with the government so that we can build that trust.

Minister of Parliamentary Affairs Mr. Bashir Bandi- On this meeting we specifically declare to UNMISS and International partners and to all (inaudible) to the Republic of South Sudan about the government’s decision today. The Council of Ministers, the government unanimously accepted the full implementation of the UN Security Council resolution number 2304 all the discussions that ensued between UNMISS and the technical working groups  the government resulted with the full acceptance and immediate deployment of the RPF so that we are able to address some the security challenges that are facing us . And we also want take this opportunity also on behalf of the government to thank UNMISS and the UN for that matter, our region and international partners for their commitment and support and we hope that this decision by the government will really usher new street of cooperation so that we will be able to address the issue of security, the issue of peace and full implementation of the agreement so that we restore security to our people , we restore peace and accessibility and we also allow freedom of movement for humanitarian access to be able to reach our people . So today I want to say that to the people of South Sudan that your government has decided in the best interest of peace and we are looking forward to really enhance our interaction and cooperation with the UN.
