The team leader of the UNMISS Child Protection Unit (CPU) and representatives from the Mission’s Communication and Public Information Section (CPIS) paid a visit to Hope for South Sudan Orphanage in Motti South West of Torit town.

An UNMISS Mongolian contingent (Monbatt -5) performed music  and displayed artwork for thousands of Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs)  in the Bentiu PoC site in connection with  the 95th  Anniversary of the establishment of the Mongolian Modern Armed Forces.

The South Sudan Red Cross in collaboration with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) have opened a communication centre for the displaced population in Bentiu.
