GREATER PIBOR - Severe flooding in South Sudan has forced many to flee their homes, often losing their livelihoods and properties in the process.

Lieutenant-General Mohan Subramanian, the UNMISS Force Commander, recently visited Greater Pibor and Akobo, observing the mission’s ongoing support to government-led flood mitigation initiatives to protect civilians.
