UNMISS peacekeepers have been making quite a difference for residents in Yei and Lasu, not least by organizing a medical camp where some 500 patients were treated.
Residents in Lasu, a village bordering the Democratic Republic of Congo, have long lived in fear of being caught up in clashes between different armed groups in the area.
