Juba, 9 June 2014 - The Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General (SRSG) for South Sudan, Hilde F. Johnson, today inaugurated a new protection-of-civilians (PoC) site under UNMISS’ protection and adjacent to the Mission’s Base in the state capital Malakal.
