  • 11 Aug 2015 - Juba, 11 August 2015 - The Special Representative of the UN Secretary General (SRSG) and Head of the United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS) Ms. Ellen Margrethe Løj, visited Kuajok, the capital of Warrap State, today. The visit was part of an effort to obtain firsthand knowledge of the situation in the State.

One person was killed during the violence on Sunday and about 60 more were injured in the disturbances, which triggered the departure of an estimated 3,500 IDPs from the protection sites.
