5 March 2013 - Attending a meeting to establish a donor support group for South Sudan's 2014 Population and Housing Census, UNMISS Deputy Special Representative of the Secretary-General Toby Lanzer said the exercise would be vital for development planning and monitoring as well as for political reasons.
